Always satisfied when I leave. Been going here for years. Unfortunately I don't wash my car often but when I do, I go here. The few times I went somewhere else I was not happy in comparison to Village Car Wash.

I brought my vehicle in to get washed after 1200 miles of road trip. Not only did they do A great job cleaning the vehicle but did something that I feel is above and beyond. I had prepared a tip and had I ready in my pocket with the receipt for when he was done. After paying attention to every detail and making sure it was all clean he waved me over. I thanked him, gave him his tip and the receipt. i then went to get lunch. When I went to pay for lunch, I realized that I gave him the wrong stack of bills as a tip. So instead of $10 I had given him $250. I debated going back and explaining what happened to see if I could get my money back. In the end I decided to go and ask, if I got some of it back great, other wise it was my mistake and I could live with it. I went back and explained the situation to them and the gentleman quickly came up to me and gave me back my money no questions asked. of course I tipped him generously and went on my way. meeting quality people who are honest and take pride in there work makes my day. It was my homer to do business with them/

Best local car wash by far. The staff really spends time detailing even the most basic washes. Torres is phenomenal. He took care of my car with such kindness and thorough cleaning. The sweet woman at the front is always so helpful. I had a complete detail once and it was outstanding. Long live Village Car Wash.
